    This one maybe: X17-59183.iso (English)

    Windows 7 Professional x86 SP1 U (media refresh)
    latest and greatest

The description for the one you mentioned is:
    Windows 7 Professional x86 SP1 (old)

None of the isos have IE11 though.

You'll have to get the Updates after SP1 via Windows Updates since MS has not given us an SP2. You need to run all of your Important and Optional Updates anyway because this is how a driver-complete OS delivers drivers as well as other important patches for hardware, OS performance and security.

You can add more recent Updates as well as IE11 by using Update 7 installation media - Windows 7 Help Forums. This takes a couple of hours though so unless you install regularly its better to get them via Updates and then save a Win7 backup image to use in place of future reinstall.
