need help making an bootable usb drive

hey m sorry if this isnt the place to post this but im out of ideas.
well what im trying to do is put my dvd with windows 7 pro 32bit in to a usb drive bc my pc (selfe made ) doesnt find my dvd/cd drive . So i need help with burning or converting the files i got in the dvd into a .iso file so i can put it into my usb drive.
