Java 7 freezes on 0% when installing it.

I can install the latest Java 8, but whenever I start installing Java 7(with or without a prior java installed, completely erased) the installation software stops at 0% and since they developed the installer so cleverly there is no cancel button so I have to stop it with task manager. And whenever I have done so and in task manager it doesn't say there isn't any other installations in progress, so when I start up the installer again it tells me something is already being installed.. And so I have to restart my PC every-time I need to retry the installation.

I've used JavaRa to clean the older java files whenever I try again. And Jportable doesn't fix it for me.

I tried a bunch of different versions of Java 7, both x86 and x64. And both Java 7 U71 and U72.. Same result on all, I did everything they said on the internet. Firewall is down, no antivirus running, starting windows without start-up items.

This is infuriating because I can't play this game, its pretty popular, but build on a stupid language; Minecraft...
