error code 0x80070057 while installing W7

    Hi,

So I installed windows 8 but I didn't like it so much, no problem so far.
But then a few days ago my laptop freezed during the bootup and when i turned it on it was like an half an hour to start and then when I got into the dekstop everything was running so slow! You couldn't even open textpad or something. So I stopped my downloaded windows 7 installation cd into my laptop and did everything till i came to the partitions. There (as I read) deleted all the partitions and made 2 new ones( 1 for windows and 1 for games and so on. Then I click on next and i get a error code: something like : couldn't format the hard drive. error code 0x8007005
I tried the DISK PART thing and nothing other happened.
I tried to do in the BIOS from IDE to AHCI and backwards, nothing worked.

What am I supposed to do now?
    Thanks in advance!
(sorry for bad grammar if there is any, I'm from Holland)

Work through the steps for Overcoming Windows 7 Installation Failures - Windows 7 Help Forums

If these all fail, then test your HD with the maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan.

at step 6 in the troubleshoot menu when I entered; format fs=ntfs label="windows 7" there came 0 procent and it stayed like that for 1min and then there came a error saying; there is a mistake in the diskpart: the parameter is uncorrect/wrong. (own translation from dutch)
    please help?

Starting to look more like a disk problem. If you can't get it to format I'd test the HD with maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan, followed by Disk Check from the installer's command line.

I saw in another forum that in stead of clean i also could use clean all so I did that and them am error came that said; there is a mistake in the diskpart; the device is not connected.
Does this mean I only need to reattach the sata cabels or something?
