True its not so much the Install i mind its all the Updates that come after .. A bit late now i know but maybe an External Drive with a System Image would save grief in the future ...
Well the last thing i want is to do a reinstall and have even more issues with this new sager laptop. However, is there a way to know 100 percent my sager laptop doesn't have any virus/bloatware/trojan or keylogger etc?
If you have ran Several Antivirus and Malware Programs and they show as your System being clean ... There is no reason to doubt the Results ...
Malwarebytes shows nothing. Antisuperantispyware everyday i do a scan, it always has at least 28 threats. Last time i did it, it was over 100 threats each day.
I used that program herdprotect and see those things listed and see trojan in it...
Herdprotect was able to to Quarantine them ... I do not know much about Superantispyware am sure it is good enough though ... What about doing an Online Scan with Eset maybe ....
Are you by any chance getting tracking cookies mixed up with malware. Depending on the product, some A/V scanners show cookies as 'threats'. Cookies are a fact of life (I'm sure this forum uses them), but if you delete temp files + cookies with CCleaner before scanning, you may get different results. Otherwise, 100 virus threats per day sounds like a major problem.
Those 100 threats on antisuperspyware is called cookies.
Also got another big issue now.
I used the laptop without any issues with the keyboard. I then connected it to an external monitor and using my own wired keyboard. Thus using a usb port and connect my wired keyboard to it. I then disconnected my keyboard and monitor so i could use laptop by itself.
Right now most of the keys on the right side of keyboard doesn't work. J, k, l, u, i , o, p, n, m doesn't work. Enter button works however.
Does anyone know what this is happening?
Not sure but your could try Re-Installing the Software for the Keyboard from the Manufactures Website ...
