Installing Windows - No Language Selection or options

My main computer needed a motherboard RMA so I slapped together another with some old parts. The current OS on it is XP so I am attempting to replace it with my copy of Windows 7 Home Premium. When attempting to install after it goes through the black screen with the grey bar loading windows files I do not get any options, such as language select. The screen is just the Windows 7 background and nothing else, I also own a copy of Windows 7 Ultimate and it is doing the same thing. Anyone run into this problem before?

I actually figured it out, the problem was me being impatient. It just took a little while for the options to come up, was used to having a faster machine and going back to this old one, well, you know.
