Keyboard and mouse not working when reinstalling Windows 7.

    Hey.
When I try to reinstall Windows 7, I have to choose the keybaord settings and click on "next".
But the keyboard and mouse both not work, I tried it in USB 2.0 ports, 3.0 ports, and a lot of different keyboards, but I can't press "next" :/.
    Does anyone has an idea?

    Regards Casper.

Is it a wireless keyboard and mouse ?

Use a PS2 keyboard and mouse if possible, never fails.

Go into your BIOS and enable Legacy USB support

Sorry, this is maybe a really stupid question; but what is the Bios?

BIOS is the Basic Input Output System. BIOS - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. If you don't know what it is better ask a mate to help you as you can easily render your computer inoperable if you use wrong settings and don't know how to recover from it

    You mean this menu right?

I normally only use it to boot from other disks, but I don't see any options.

(Of course I couldn't take a print screen.)
