Why can't I find Freecell as a standard user

Working on th principal that you shouldn't connect to the Internet as an administrator:
I have added a Standard User account.
(What a job to get anything working. Somewhere along the line there is a demarcation: when you install Windows do this, and this, and this. Then switch to your Standard User account before you ever do anything ever again.) And I mean EVER.

That said, under the admin flag I have been playing Freecell. The one that comes with Windows 7. The one where, if you select a card it gets a "glow" effect around/behind it.

If I switch to the Standard User, I cannot find this version. I have it as a sticky on my admin Start menu, but right-click gives you no (useful) info.

Where does one access the "sticky" items in the start menu? They are not in:
    Code:
    C:\Users\Nigel\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu
Or, under at Standard User account, where do I find it?

Ai, there is so much to learn.

    Tried that.
Typing freec in the search-box yields NO results.
It is NOT available. It works if you are an administrator, but not if you are a user.

    Permission Prob?

    In administrator mode:

Right click on the icon you are using to enter the game.
Select properties under security grant "everyone" full control and then try it from the other account.

That might have worked, but what I did was remove it from the list of Windows features. Then add it to the list of features again. Lo and behold, it was there. :)
