I need help with windows 7 installation and updating

hello,i have this latop for almost 3 years and i had no problem at all till now.

All began 3 days ago while i was broswing internet an error window pop out and i didnt give it attention at all but after i clicked ''ok'', my laptop shut down and after that when i logged in to windows the only thing i would see was black screen with the cursor.

I decided to do a format and reinstall windows, but after i did everything began to break down.
My laptop would lag and wouldnt respond at all for several minutes. So i did format and reinstall a second time.Even after the second attempt, it would not work right.

First everything ''doesnt respond'' now and then, secondly windows crashes after the updates and i had to do a startup fix in which it would give ''no fix found''(i set windows to do only manual updates).I cant communicate with my network printer a s405 lexmark and even when i downloaded the driver manually from the official site ii says thats is not the right driver.

Also after logining in ,i get error message saying that the system "cannot find sortkey.nlp or one of its components''

i think the problem are caused maybe from the hardware, i really dont know.please help.

p.s i have done numerous formats on other pc,my windows are licensed and downloaded from an official link and sorry for my english.

I'd suggest trying it one more time but follow Greg's instructions here: Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

In addition if following those steps closely do not relieve the same issues you are reporting then test the hardware from Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7.
