Yes, do a Clean Reinstall - Windows 7

Be sure to delete all partitions during the booted install, all other drives unplugged.

Why would you need a password for the HD if you're booting the Win7 installer to delete all of its partitions? You'd only need a password to boot into the HD, which you should not be doing.

If there is data on it that you'd like to rescue then before deleting all partitions Copy & Paste - in Windows Recovery Console to flash stick or external or another HD.

You boot from the dvd and format the install partition, or you delete the entire hard drive down to un allocated space.

Work through the steps for Overcoming Windows 7 Installation Failures - Windows 7 Help Forums

If necessary use a new installer burned or written to DVD or Flash stick with tool also provided. As long as your Product Key is still readable and you choose the same exact version this will work.

Do you mean the oem dvd doesn`t load ?

What does it matter if the oem operating system doesn`t load, thought you were going to re install Windows ?

Drop the dvd into the optical drive, re boot the pc, you should then see the words "Press any key to boot from dvd" if you don`t, then you don`t have the bios set to boot 1st from the dvd drive.

Uh. What i mean is, the installer doesn't boot up. The dvd drive was already 1st priority. It just doesnt let me load it for some reason.
