Actually I already had CPU-Z installed. For my slot one which seems to be working off that slot because I changed my ram layout around and put my 4GB in DIMM one and 1gb in DIMM 2 another Gb in DIMM 3. On my slot one it says JEDEC #1 Frequency 333MHz, Cas# Latency 0.5, RAS#to Cas# 5, Ras# precharge 5, tRAS 15 and tRC 20. That do any help? Now I swapped my ram around I have 3.25GB usable.

Don't get carried away man - the OP has had enough trouble getting 1 extra stick working. How would spending half a grand on RAM make that old Xeon go any faster ?

My first thought is putting the large RAM stick in the first slot (closest to processor). If you are saying you did this and OS now sees 3.25gb RAM - all that can be expected to be seen in 32 bit - then the next thing I would do is Clean Reinstall Windows 7 with 64 bit Win7 for your same licensed version.

You need a 64 bit install, so follow Clean Reinstall Windows 7 to get it perfect, save a backup image after it's all set up and you'll never need to do it again. Now's your chance for the one great install.
