    Reinstalling Windows 7 issues

i bought a computer from memory express here in edmonton. having multiple issues with things and i decided to wipe and re-install windows. they said i could use the recovery disk and just boot from it.
i reinstalled windows, loaded it but not drivers for my ethernet adapter were found and therefore i have no connection to the internet which means im stuck where i am at. tried several rescources and options from different sites but
    1) it will not boot from disk i have to select this option in control panel and when i try to reinstall again i cannot due to not enough memory on hard drive... its a solid state samsung that i believe they partitioned off to keep windows data from corrupting.
2)cannot restore from windows.old data because again... not enough memory
3)i do not know the make or model of my ethernet adapter otherwise i would download via laptop and transfer via usb.

im pretty sure my only option is to call memory express get my info for the ethernet adapter... but i am confused as to how i cannot locate the info for the drivers or restore from the windows.old files...

You reinstalled win7 using a normal clean install? Or did you restore to factory default settings?
Open "device manager". What is listed at "network adapters" , What is listed at "other devices"?

Give me the hardware-id of the network adapter. So Device Manager - Finding Unknown Devices

Start over and this time follow the steps in Clean Reinstall Windows 7 to get and keep a perfect install.

Note that you need to put your ethernet adapter driver in backup so you can get online to install all Important and Optional Windows Updates which will also deliver most of your drivers. These steps are important enough they are printed in red.

Always delete all partitions during the booted install to get it cleanest. We do not go by faith on which partitions to keep but are in full control of what is on our hard drive at all times. Unless you want your data separated out into another partition, you only need to delete all partitions and click Next so the installer will create and format the needed partitions for you and begin install. This is discussed in depth in the tutorial.

Over a million users have followed the tutorial without a single complaint or return here with problems if they stick with the tools and methods given.

You don`t need to install Java to have Chrome.
