Windows 7 & XP dual boot on sepeate drives

I have Windows 7 64-bit and Windows XP installed on 2 different disks. Unfortunately, when i installed one, the other hard drive was not connected.
Hence, the default dual boot option would not come along.
Now, I have to choose to boot from either of the HDD from the BIOS setup.
Is there a way i could attach my XP bootloader to Windows 7 boot loader?
I remember seeing somewhere that Windows 7 boot loader has a notion of supporting XP boot as well.

Please advice,

I am getting a warning on MBR, if I try EasyBCD on Windows XP. On Windows &, I am able to create an entry for Windows XP; but when i attempt to boot from that entry, the machine restarts.
BTW, I was not able to set the drive letter for Windows XP option. Hence, I had to add the drive letter manually from the command prompt.

Just boot into Windows 7 and run a repair install which will configure your dual boot correctly.

A repair install in Windows 7 is an Upgrade install run over itself from the desktop, leaving everything exactly in place except you will need to reactivate at the Computer>Properties activation link.
