Windows 7: Install error, now what do I do?

Install error, now what do I do?

I'm trying to upgrade my Toshiba (Satellite) Vista to W7 Home Prem. edition.

Everything seemed to be going well until the end and I entered into (any) user account. W7 started to prepare the user account...suddenly I get a IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL error...that's help at all? Restarted and got the error Stop 0x000000A at about same place. Gee's, this was supposed to be a simple install now; stupid MSFT.

I have 2 other computers I wanted to upgrade but now...?

Help would be appreciated; I'm sure I'm not the only one.
