Factory Install of Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64

My department has just deployed new laptops to the staff here at our college, and it's time to wipe, re-load, and sell the old ones that are in good shape. I'm curious as to how I can load Windows 7 (individually or over a network, doesn't matter) so that, like new from the factory, the user has to go through a first-time prompt to set up their username, password, preferences, etc. We're use Windows 7 Pro SP1 x64 for this.

Clean Reinstall Windows 7 compiles everything that works best in tens of thousands of installs we've directly helped with here, and has been used by over a million consumers without a single complaint or return with problems by any who stick with the steps, tools and methods given.

Once you have a perfect install you can deploy it via image to other PC's of the same make/model, or if necessary use SysPrep to generalize OS image for changing hardware.
