Windows 7 Installation and cmd (shift-F10)

I want to install windows 7 Ultimate x64 on my new computer, but when the installation process came on the "Setup is starting..." window, it stucks there. I also tried to do it using CMD (Shift-F10) but after i typed DISKPART and press enter I can't type any character anymore.

Win7 Ultimate X64

Diskpart wont work if the disk has not loaded correctly, my first step would be to try a new installer its possible you have a corrupt installer
Check out the download link and creation software in step 1 if you need it
