    Are these OEM windows versions?

Just a queastion about the ISO's in this link: Windows Vista Direct Download Links

Are these OEM windows versions? I need OEM. Alle of the windows versions are OEM?

And if how can I find myself the right language? Can someone explain how to do it? I don't even know where these numbers stands for: for example X17-58996.iso

Is there a page or site that explain how to interpret these codes? I'm looking for vista home premium oem 64 bit., Isn't it better to search this in stead of X17-123456 ?? I first need to know where this number stands for if I want to do a google search or something..

NO - all are Retail (which makes no difference anyhow, since retail and OEM copies are identical)
The only time it matters is if you need the Recovery media because you can't read the COA sticker on the machine.

On that page, all are grouped by Language - search for the language you want, then the edition you nee.d

Once you have the correct ISO downloading, Read through the Reinstall steps in tutorial linked below which will work the same for Vista assuring you get and keep a perfect install
