Windows 8 Downgrade to Windows 7 Lenovo Y410p. Windows install stuck.

I have a Lenovo Y410P, I want to downgrade from Windows 8 and I whipped my hard drive. I also set all of the correct setting such as:
  1. Converting HDD from GBT to MBR
  2. Deleting Volumes
  3. Formatting HDD
  4. Setting Legacy Boot
  5. Changing Boot Priorites
  6. Removing Secure Boot
  7. Making OS setting for other OS
  8. I have looked up my issue and followed various guides

Link to guides I have followed:
  1. https://social.technet.microsoft.com...g-installation
  2. Windows 7 stalls at

I am using a disc of Windows 7 x64 Bit.

Anything else I should add let me know? This is my first post.

What does "whipped hard drive" mean ?

Why are you following guides about an installation error - have you had that happen?

Not sure what the question is.

I am following the guide because I am getting an error with the installation of Windows 7.
I erased the hard drive containing Windows 8 and deleted all partitions.
Thank you for your reply.
