Your PC needs to be repaired - Error code 0xc0000428

    Hey guys,
I was using my laptop and we had a power failure in the area, my laptop battery was unplugged (it is not working). And when the electricity came back whenever I start my laptop I come into a blue screen with an error message. Your PC needs to be repaired. Also it shows an error code: 0xc0000428.

I tried to repair it with windows 8 cd but nothing happens when I try to boot to windows 8
Tried to install ubuntu and 7 from the usb and it doesn't do anything when I select the usb in the boot screen...
I unplugged the harddisk and plugged it in to another laptop, wiped the harddisk using (winPE cd) copied the image and applied it using the imagex tool, installed the bcdboot binaries and everything was successful!
I plugged the harddisk back in my laptop and now whenever I start my computer I get this error "the file possibly corrupt. the file header checksum not match the computed checksum"
I would be pleased if you can help me. Thank you

Work through these steps to Troubleshoot Windows 7 Installation Failures - Windows 7 Help Forums.

Flash stick installer should be booted from the one-time BIOS Boot menu key at boot, setting the hard drive to boot first in BIOS setup. This prevents the stick from autostarting the install over during reboots.

If using flash stick installer use a confirmed ISO written to stick with Windows 7 USB-DVD Download Tool, unless you have a UEFI BIOS in which case the stick must be written only wtih Option One of UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows and then booted as only a UEFI device.

If problems persist test the RAM and hard drive using boot disks provided in Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7
