I have Hp 16 d000tu laptop with 2gb ram and 500 gb hd... in bios UEFI boot option is there but I can not run installation in UEFI.. please help me how to install window 7 on my uefi hp laptop...

You can`t install in Legacy mode, then switch the bios back to UEFI, leave it at Legacy.
You need a key to activate windows, talking about using a loader to activate windows will get you banned from the web site.
Don`t you have a COA on your PC with the activation key ?
What Windows version is listed on the COA, I doubt that it`s Windows Ultimate.
Please fill in your specs as completely as possible :)
