I cant install windows 7 on my new costum built PC?

    Hello
    Have a nice day

I have recently bought a custom built desktop PC
    A new cpu intel core i 7 3770
Gpu (still my old one) nvidia ge force 9800 gt
A new hard disk of 1 tb
A new Ram of 4 gb
A new motherboard gigabyte p61a d3 UEFI dual bios

Once i tried to install windows 7 ultimate 64bit from a dvd that i have used many times before ... at first the extending files step suddenly stops at 17% showing an error code 0x80070570 ....
Another attempt by someone at an office to install win 7 through a usb .. it worked at first but once we started installing drivers the windows started to restart like a loop of restarting ... no windows logo anymore

We tried many times but never succeeded beyond this point ...

Where is the defect and what to do?
Is it right that i cant install win 7 from a dvd to a UEFI based computer?
If so what to do then?
My boot options in the bios features are preceeded by SATA (eg sata usb or sata dvd) not uefi as i saw in some threads ... could that be the cause?

Someone suggested the ram to be faulty ... ?

    Thanks ahead for any help

First of all, you should be following Clean Reinstall Windows 7 to achieve a perfect install, then once it's set up take a backup image so you never have to reinstall again. This is the modern way to handle reinstalls.

Next, check the DVD for dirt or scratches. You may need to wash it or get another as discussed in Step 1.

Test the hard drive with the maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan.
