System Reserved gives unwanted choice
I had a problem with my desktop, that I have solved. The OS is WIN 7 64 bit. A clean install using the set up disk was not enough to solve the problem. I had to put the OS temporarily on the second hard drive (disk 1 in MS language) and format the normal OS disk (disk 0). I then carried out yet another clean install on disk 0, and formatted disk 1. Everything is now good except that when I boot I have to choose between WIN 7 and WIN 7 every time. Presumably that is because I did not format the original System Reserved partition on Disk 0, and I guess there are 2 boot procedures in System Reserved; the original and the new. Seven Forums gives a (rather complicated) procedure for deleting the System Reserved partition which with hindsight I should have done before my clean install. Can anyone advise how to sort out my System Reserved partition?
Thanks
