    Hi chtz1 welcome to our forum.
    Greg is surly the one to help you but you got me confused and I would like to be able to follow this thread.
    Some questions if I may.

    Where exactly do you have Windows ISO installed?
    Where exactly did you get the Windows ISO originally?
    How exactly how are you trying to install this Windows ISO and where?

    I believe this information will help me understand things better.

    Then I would find a new ISO. This is discussed fully in Step 1 of Clean Reinstall Windows 7
