Windows Stuck in getting files ready for installation...

Hi I wanted to format my pc and while i was trying to install it stucked in getting files ready for installation.. Also when it stucks i cant even move my mouse + I have tryed also with windows 8 and still same problem. What to do?

Where did you get WIn7? How is it burned to Disk or flash stick?

I got it from original site but i have also formatted with the same iso idk why doesn't works and i dont have changed anything in bios except the primary for USB

Now it says please run a chkdsk utility but i can't even open desktop

I have tryed 3 different windows and still not working

What "original site" did you get the ISO file from?

How is it burned to DVD exactly? Stop avoiding the questions and answer every single one in full if you want to get this installed.

Last thing i got a dvd from my frien which works as a pc fixer but still i can't format it bcz it stucks in expanding files , the three dots moves but i can't move cursor... What to do?
