Error message: Not a genuine Windows copy

    Hello

An error message appear when I restart my PC. Windows is detecting that I don't have a valid licence????

I own a valid licence and it was installed about 4 years ago. The licence as been bought from Microsoft online reseler as an upgrade, so I don't have the disk

How can I resolve the problem

Go to Control Panel>Personalize and choose an Aero theme.

You can reactivate with the Product Key that came with the Upgrade at any time at Control Panel>System. As to obtaining media for future reinstalls, it is discussed in Step 1 of Clean Reinstall Windows 7
