You must disable Secure Boot in BIOS setup to install Win7. This is illustrated in the very first tutorial posted for you back in May. Did you read How to Downgrade Windows 8 Preinstalled to Windows 7?
While in BIOS I would disable CSM, save settings, then reboot into the Win7 installation media as a UEFI device which is also illustrated in that tutorial. If using a flash stick format it only with Option one of UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows.
Then continuiing with the steps in UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) - Install Windows 7 with - Windows 7 Forums delete all partitions shown to create new or just click next and let the installer do it for you.
When i disable CSM and try to boot(WIN dvd) i get the loading windows screen and then it freezes with a red blured line on the top.
Are you booting DVD as a UEFI device?
I realize I've only asked four times.
booting the DVD as a UEFI DVD drive, and i get the blue screen of death
