Windows 7 Professional 64-bit

You will have to begin from scratch, using your home premium and your premium key, boot the DVD you were given with the computer and reinstall Windows Home Premium.

If you only have a Ultimate disk then in Step 1 of Clean Reinstall Windows 7 it shows how to extract the image file from the disk, unlock all versions to burn it to fresh DVD or flash stick. Then choose Home Premium from the menu it will give during install.

That tutorial will also assure you get and keep a perfect install for as long as you stick with the tools and methods suggested.
