But do you have a UEFI BIOS? Would you please answer each question asked?

If you cannot look in BIOS setup to see, then we need your mobo or PC make/model to find the specs to see.

That is not the full model number. Thoroughness is absolutely paramount in these operations. You will need to pay attention to every detail and not skip around or you should take it to a shop.

You didn't mention that this is a Windows 8 PC. Are you trying to install Windows 7 on a Windows 8 PC? If so this is the most important thing that you could have mentioned but did not.

If so you must disable Secure Boot as shown in this video for your product line:

Once you've done that reboot into BIOS Boot menu using ESC key again and then F9, select the Win7 DVD as a UEFI DVD device only. If you are using a flash stick installer then it must be formatted using only Option One of UEFI Bootable USB Flash Drive - Create in Windows and booted as a UEFI flash stick.

Then if it loads and proceeds you must delete all partitions at the drive selection screen during a booted Custom install. UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) - Install Windows 7 with - Windows 7 Forums

I only requested the full HP model number which is on the sticker on side, back or bottom of PC if you will study it.

Did you disable Secure Boot? Why did you send a screenshot of the Boot page then, without expanding the Boot order for us to see?

When you put the DVD in the drive do you see a choice for UEFI DVD when you access the BIOS Boot menu via ESC and then F9?

I do not see UEFI when looking at the boot options. I made a UEFI usb drive and it did not boot. It only boots with a normal version. I used rufus. On the blue screen i get: IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

You would not make a UEFI installation flash stick if you don't have UEFI BIOS.

Please follow the steps in Clean Reinstall Windows 7. Step one tells how to confirm the ISO if in doubt and write a non-UEFI flash stick.

If there's an error please report back the exact step and text of the error.
