Where to download 64 bit bootsect

I have the 64 bit windows 7 iso. I am creating a bootable usb on a windows 7 32 bit system. Where can I download the 64 bit bootsect?

I've built the Windows 7 usb using the windows download tool. How do I add/install the 64 bit boot sector?

thx Paul
