How do i Dual Boot two copies of windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit

Hi, im wanting to dual boot two copies of windows 7. so i can upgrade to windows 10 when it is released. the only thing holding me back is the fact that i got a dazzle dvc100 which works on 7 but not 8 so i doubt itll work on 10. and im wanting to make a small partition (Like 100GB) to install and use the dazzle and then have another partition with the rest of the memory which will be for the windows 10 use. ive tried to use a virtual machine but its too slow. does anyone even know if windows 10 is any better then 7 to begin with?

Just shrink C in Disk Mgmt and Clean Install Windows 10 Technical Preview.

MS has announced those running the TP will also be upgraded to Windows 10 when it comes out. So you don't need to give up your Windows 7 license as it makes no sense now to do so.

Meanwhile you can test your software with Windows 10, participate in the Insider Program to give feedback if you want.

so i can set it to install to a new partition? and itll give the bootloader at startup

but dont you need to choose the upgrade option. since windows wants you to ditch old copies of windows to go to windows 10. and i dont think theyll have isos since they want to make sure your a legit windows user. if it is possible to assign it to a new partition thats fine. but if not wouldnt i have to dual boot two copies of windows and then upgrade one of them? btw im gonna wait till after everyone updates. for all anyone knows it could be a unstable os

Just download the iso file of 10, burn to dvd or flash drive and install on the other partition.

Be warned, Windows 10 does not like to play nice with other operating systems, read the tutorials you`ve been given before you start :)

It`s a wise decision to wait a while, there`s no rush, Windows 10 will be a free upgrade for a year after it`s launched.

ill probably do that then. i just thought they said you needed a legit liscense to do it. but i guess installing the tech preview kinda is a loophole. and i may wait. until they can fully work out the bugs.
