    Make UEFI DVD Stick

I've converted my system from MBR to GPT file system getting ready for Windows 10 upgrade.
I have a UEFI mobo and did a fresh install of Windows7 x64. Everything went fine and works great.
If I set my UEFI DVD as the primary boot device with a UEFI DVD installed (Windows7 install disk) it will boot first from the DVD. When I remove the disk and restart the computer, it will boot off of the SSD into Windows 7 just fine, but the UEFI DVD boot option will disappear. Then if I reinstall the UEFI DVD, the UEFI DVD drive will reappear as the second boot option and will still just boot from the SSD into Windows. I can always just go back into the UEFI and change the DVD drive to boot option 1 or hit F8 on startup and select the DVD drive to boot from, so it's not that big of a deal.
Is there a way to make the UEFI DVD drive "stay" as boot option 1 ( the way it is with a legacy setup) or is this just the way the UEFI system operates.
I sometimes boot from a DVD for cloning software that I use.
    Thanks in advance.

Let WIndows Boot Manager remain set first to boot as it wants.

Trigger the DVD drive to boot using the one-time Boot Menu key which is always best anyway.

    Yep, That's what I thought.
Again, really not a big deal at all. Just being anal.
    Thanks for answering.
