Need help installing Windows 7 on Toshiba Qosmio X770

So my daughter wanted to get rid of her old laptop and sell it so I wiped the hardrive. Now she wants to re-install the OS. The recovery partition is gone so I cant use that to re-install Win7

The laptop came with Win7 Premimum 64 bit. I tried to go to the MS Recovery Center to d/l Win 7 Premimum but her product key does not work the site told us to contact Toshiba.

My first question is the image that the laptop an OEM vs Retail I assume its OEM since we didnt purchase the os seperatly, Does this explain why the product key does not work.

Second if I have a OEM copy of Win7 Premimum can I use that and install that on her laptop with her product key.

    Third where can I d/l a copy of Win7 Premimum 64bit iso.

Sorry for the long winded first post but Ive got to fix this for her, Thanks for your help.

Everything is here to get and keep a perfect Clean Reinstall Windows 7. Over 1.5 million consumers have followed it without a single complaint. They have the best installs of Win7 in the world.

Yes you can use your OEM copy of Win7 Home Premium as long as its the needed bit version. Use 64 bit for 3gb more RAM, 32 bit for less than 3gb RAM. It also needs to be the actual Win7 installation disk and not a branded Recovery disk. There is no distinction in the media for OEM and other retail media after XP, only the key determines which version will activate.

MS is unnecessarily deferring to the OEM in their new software Recovery website which rarely works at all. Yet the OEM no longer has any power to dissuade users from reinstalling their property the way they want it. The factory install is a grossly inferior install larded with bloatware and duplicate utilities that interfere with better versions built into Win7.
