    Mysysprep2 32bit Download Needed

I am currently preparing a Windows 7 Professional (business) environment and have successfully built a 64-bit solution using Mysysprep2 2.0.0.5 (for x64) to control the Out Of Box startup.

I now need the 32-bit version to allow redeployment of some older desktop PCs but cannot download from www.tsaysoft.com (the publisher of Mysysprep2) as all DNS lookups fail to resolve an address (this is not a local issue as same error results from several locations & mobile devices). I have also tried searching globally for a download link (e.g. downloads.cnet.com) but cannot find one anywhere.

Does anyone have a copy of Mysysprep2 v2.0.0.5 for x32 (please)?

Hi I have a copy of the file and amazingly enough I found this thread as I am after the 64bit version. I can give you a link to the file, are you able to post yours so I can download it?

The 32bit version is here https://www.dropbox.com/s/7t9fqqpg4z...sprep.exe?dl=0

Anybody by chance have a copy of the instructions / switches, especially the %computer% naming options?

Add the Microsoft-Windows-Shell-Setup\ComputerName option to the Specialize pass in your C:\Windows\panther\unattend.xml using this format

    <ComputerName>%DeviceName?%</ComputerName>

This will cause a pop-up box to appear (entitled DeviceName?) during Sysprep allowing you to enter the Computer Name you desire. This will then be used during the domain join process (DeviceName can be anything you like - not sure if it is limited on characters)

    Hope this helps

Hi I get "Mysetup cannot be installed" when I run mysysprep.exe. Do you have a mysetup.exe you can share too?

Cancel that. I needed to run mysysprep.exe Run As Administrator and it created the mysetup.exe.
