    please help ,anybody can show me how to set up win 7 on toshiba satelite c55-a5105 ?I tried but not sucsess with the message "checking media" and no bootable device--please restart system

    Here is info about UEFI Boot Mode (installing using the GPT partition style) and Legacy BIOS Boot Mode (installing using the MBR partition style): link

    But I recommend that you wait for the free Windows 10 update, if you do not like the Windows 8.1.
