Unable to install Windows 7 on a Dell machine with SSD

I have a Dell laptop with an empty SSD and want to install Windows 7 from USB.

The error I get after a couple of screens is attached. I am asked to install a missing device driver. I have all the drivers on another USB, so I attached and tried a few options but none was successful.

Make sure that you connect the Windows 7 USB flash drive to the USB 2.0 port. If the Windows 7 USB flash drive is plugged into the USB 3.0 port, you will receive the following error message "A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing", because the Windows 7 installation media does not contain USB 3.0 drivers.

In addition the error can mean a bad installer. Where did you get the ISO and how was it written to stick or DVD? Confirm its integrity and use the tools in Clean Reinstall Windows 7 which also will assure you get and keep a perfect install to the exact extent you stick with the steps, tools and methods given there.
