if your system is a 32bit it can't run a 64bit OS. your processor is a 32bit if that's what you purchased factory. you would need to purchase a 64bit processor or upgrade your computer.
    Yes it can LOL
where do you get this information if your have a 32 bit processor that is capable of running 64x system its possible

    in my settings its saying

System type 32 bit operating system (64 BIT BASED)
all you need to know about this topic is here "32-bit operating system x64-based processor Windows 8.1" What does this mean? - Quora
i didn't mean for a windows 8. if you read the article it mentioned your processor type, it is possible to upgrade to a 64bit ten.

im still asking if i can change my windows 7 32 bit to windows 10 64 bit
    You can try this:

    • Upgrade your Win 7 32 Bit to Win 10 32 Bit using the Win 10 free upgrade offer.
    • Download the Win 10 64 Bit ISO.
    • Do a clean install of Win 10 64 Bit over the top of the Win 10 32 Bit.

    Read this tutorial:
Windows 10 ISO Download - Windows 10 Forums

Make sure you back up EVERYTHING before you begin this process.

Let us know if it works.
Thank you I haven't tried it yet but I think it works but can I also use the Media creation tool to put it on the USB instead of an ISO?
    Yes.
Did you read the tutorial ?
The info/instructions are in the tutorial.
