Hi and welcome to SevenForums,
Buy either win-7 64 bit or win-10 64 bit
There's no other way to change a 32 bit system to a 64 bit system.
Unless the version came with both 32 and 64 bit install disks that key that comes with it will activate either bitness.

Windows 10
at that website it says 2 installers 1 for 32 bit and 1 for 64 bit
so is there no way to install windows 10 64 bit on a 32 bit computer wich has a capabilty of running a 64 bit system?

if your system is a 32bit it can't run a 64bit OS. your processor is a 32bit if that's what you purchased factory. you would need to purchase a 64bit processor or upgrade your computer.

If the computer is 64 bit compatible
Buy a 64 bit version of win-10 or win-7 = it's that simple
7 64 bit would be cheaper depending on which version of windows 10 you wanted,
10 Home would be 7 home premiums counterpart so 10 Home is 99.99us the promotion code would save you 10.us
10 pro is 140.us,
Have fun

You can try this:
  • Upgrade your Win 7 32 Bit to Win 10 32 Bit using the Win 10 free upgrade offer.
  • Download the Win 10 64 Bit ISO.
  • Do a clean install of Win 10 64 Bit over the top of the Win 10 32 Bit.
Read this tutorial:

Thank you I haven't tried it yet but I think it works but can I also use the Media creation tool to put it on the USB instead of an ISO?
