Trying to re-install Windows 7, keep getting error 0xc004F063

I have had Win7 Home Premium installed for about 6 months. The key was recovered from an old laptop whose MoBo died, and the warranty expired. The first time I installed it, it was genuine. But now that I wanted to install Win10, it said my key was invalid. So I ran the Windows 7 Home premium installer (that's the key I had) and put in the key. It said it was valid until Windows booted up. It takes you to the same black screen with the corner that says "This copy of Windows is not genuine". I tried to verify the key but the key will not validate because of this error "0xc004F063 the software licensing service reported that the computer BIOS is missing a required license". I don't have another key and dont have the money to buy a new key. I don't know if this helps, but when I am not using the same laptop. I now have a gaming desktop that i have been using for about 6 months.
