Install the following Drivers from the Link below ...
1 Intel Chipset Software Installation Utility
2 Intel Unified AMT6 HECI Driver
3 Intel 825xx Gigabit Platform LAN Network Device Diagnostics Utility
As for the Wireless Card select it right click select Property's / Details Tab
Post any Info you see there ...

I installed the first one, but couldn't complete the second - it says "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing the software".
Third one installed successfully, I initially didn't install it because I was concerned installing out of order might cause issues, my bad. As for the second part, I can't locate the wireless card in Device Manager:
Install the following Driver .... Dell ControlPoint Security Device Driver Pack ...
Select the Network Controller right click select Property's / Details Tab ...
Post any info you see there please ...
As for the other Devices the first Driver should fix that ...

When I open Properties to the Details tab, it is by default on "Device Description", where there is not much of value. Which properties would you like to look at? I can't post them all right now since there are quite a few.
It is the Network Controller we need to get sorted ... Unless you can remember which one was Installed it is any ones guess ...
There is quite a lot of Drivers on the Dell Website for Wireless ...
Apart from Opening the Machine do not know what else to suggest ...
