    downgrading from 8 to 7

    Hi guys,

I have an HP ProBook 4530 pre-installed Win 8. I want to downgrade it win 7 and for that, I know that I need to disable Secure Boot in BIOS but I can't find that option there
Could you please help me how to solve that problem? I want to install Win 7 from a USB flash.

See if this helps (should be similar for you)
Struggling to boot from the CD/DVD on an HP 4540 Laptop? You have to go into the BIOS configuration. Press ESC whenthe Laptop starts up, then press F10 Choose the "System Configuration" tab, expand 'Boot Options' and uncheck "Secureboot" option. You then just have to choose 'UEFI Hybrid (with CSM)' or 'Legacy' under 'Boot Mode'.

    Thanks for the reply.
I get this error when installing 7:
A required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing...

The problem is that there is not the Secure Boot option in the BIOS for disabling!
