    Burn an ISO game on a USB drive


    I have recently downloaded a 6 GB ISO game and I want to burn it on a 16 GB USB flash drive.How can I do it?

    There are several ways of doing it. One way is to use UNetBootin and create a Diskimage.

    How did you do it because I can only get the option to do it on a cd disk not a usb disk

    This is a 5 1/2 year old thread. You might be bettor off to start a new thread, more people will see it.

    Meantime, UNetBootin says this:
    UNetbootin allows you to create bootable Live USB drives for Ubuntu and other Linux distributions without burning a CD.
    Since a game will not be bootable, just runable or installable, I don't see how UNetBootin can help.

    Seems like you should be able to mount the ISO to a virtual optical drive then copy everything from there to the flash drive which you would have formatted as FAT32 or maybe NTFS ahead of time.
