How do I MAKE a "Temporary User Account" in Windows 7 Pro

I work at a local public access tv station where people come in and make there own tv show then have it aired. We are getting a lot of files piling up that are from past members and past projects and want to make it so that they MUST use their own storage and whatever they do/change when they are on the computer is deleted/restored, so I want to make a temporary user account. This account type seems to be just what we need and it is builtin to Windows but the only guides that I can find are how to disable it, not set it up.

So to summarise, I need help setting up a temporary user account in Windows 7 Pro

    Thanks
    Justin

Hi can you not just make another standard user account and when they are done just delete that account and then create another one for the next person. User Account - Create

I could but I need it to be done automatically as this would need to be done several times a day and I am only in once a week

    About User Profiles

    Temporary User Profiles

A temporary user profile is issued each time an error condition prevents the user's profile from loading. Temporary profiles are deleted at the end of each session, and changes made by the user to their desktop settings and files are lost when the user logs off. Temporary profiles are only available on computers running Windows 2000 and later.

When Windows "deletes" a temp profile, it does not remove all user made folders & files. There are several folders* where users can place files which will survive this "deletion". The same is true when using/"deleting" the built in Guest account and using/"deleting" a Standard user account. However, the temp profile does remove files from most of the places that users put things.

If you want to give the temp profile a try...
...enable the built in Guest account
...log in to the Guest account
    ...restart the computer
...log in to any admin account
    ...delete the Guest profile folder

The next time that you log in to the Guest account, it will be a temp profile.

    * the C:\Users\Public area and some folders within the C:\Users\TEMP folder.

A more traditional solution to your situation would be products like:
