i never tried it like that once you enable it windows will probably install the driver as it found new hardware. not sure that will be the case though
A driver is a driver, if you have the latest then that`s what windows will use.
Leave the bios alone, there is no need to disable those items
C and D are typically both primary.
System Reserved should be marked "system" if you are using System Reserved at all. If you don't have a System Reserved, then C would be marked "system".
If you are creating a partition to install Windows 7 on, it has to be primary.
You can make D whatever you want, but I see no reason not to make it primary also.
