To try my suggestion in reply #19, no you don`t have to unplug the new ssd, because you are going to manually choose the older ssd once you bring up the boot menu.
If you don`t know which key is your boot menu key, watch the screen when you boot the computer, it will show you usually, at the bottom of the screen.
It will say for example "Setup = F2" "Boot Menu = F8" etc.
Hey guys. Well I decided to install everything from scratch again, it was easier and I had the time, nevertheless thanks a lot for the help. To put and end to this thread I have a couple more questions. What's the deal with creating a "System Image"? Had a I made that at the beginning would it have saved me time?

Creating a system image really has nothng to do with the problem you had.
You create a system image after you`re 100% happy with your install, then you should make frequent images after that as long as you`re still happy with windows. They will build up over time and you can choose as one you want as long as the storage device has the room to hold them.
If you have an issue with windows someday, you can just use an image to restore windows in just a few minutes compared to days.
It`s best to use windows imaging and Macrium Reflect.

If it is not too late mate look for update KB3035533 as you get updates - best left to let me decide waht to download and install in the update settings - if you do not want that infernal nagging re 10.
