Install Program From ISO without burning to DVD?

Hi, I downloaded an ISO install disc from the MS website. The program is the AIK, Automated Installation Kit. My DVD burner is unreliable. Is there a way to mount the ISO or "burn it" to a USB so that it can be installed?

I runing Win 7 Pro, 64-bit, clean install without updates in Audit Mode.

I've attempted to "burn it" to a USB using Rufus 2.5, but I got an indication that the file wasn't compatible.

    Regards

    Thanks.

I downloaded, installed, and rebooted, but I get an error when I try to open the ISO. VCDMount pop-up box indicates "Error: can't open VCD."

    What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure what the problem could be. I've not seen that error before. Do you have any other ISO files that you can test? If not, download the ISO mentioned mentioned in option 5 of this tutorial:

User Account - Reset Password in Windows 7

You will be downloading an 18MB zip file. Once it downloads, just open the zip via Windows (file) Explorer and double click on the ISO file.

What about just extracting the files with 7zip and running the installer from there?
