    so upon further testing...It works just fine with the Windows 10 OS but the laptop wont recognize my Windows 7 USB....Ah well Windows 10 it is...LOL

    Another option would be to purchase an SSD, install it and install windows 7 on that, that might work.

    If there is room to install it that is.
