win 7 h prem - trouble with clean install on ssd

    Ok Windows 7 home premium.
Have my legit code off my box.
    I also have a Windows 7 iso.
And my win 7 repair disk.

My old hdd bricked. And I got a shiney new ssd for Christmas.
    Problem. Iso dvd won't boot.
Repair dvd does. I partitioned and formatted the ssd.
when I load the dvd. Setup.exe prompts...
" the subsystem needed to support the image type is not present"
I've been fumbling with this for a couple days now.
    I'm stuck.

Am I doomed our am I missing something?

I do have another win 7 pc in the house.
Is it possible to install it to the ssd through an external?

Where and how did you get your Windows 7 ISO?
Was it a ISO that matches your Microsoft sticker COA key?

It sounds like your ISO is corrupted. A proper ISO of Windows 7 should boot.

    Hi
Yep sounds like the midea to me :/
Did you use this method for iso ?
    Windows 7 USB/DVD Download Tool

    I'd suggest this one instead,
USB Windows 7 Installation Key Drive - Create
