Setup was unable to create a new system Partition ...

Hello. First thing - sorry for creating this thread, I know this problem have been solved million times before, but I tried most of tutorials here, and it just doesn't work...

I wanted to install untouched version of Windows 7 SP1 x64, so I formatted my HDD. First problem was that disk was GPT type, but that was easy to change. But I still constantly receive message "Setup was unable to create a new system Partition ..." It looks like HDD has no MBR. I tried DISKPART thing (which helped me in past), or bootsect.exe to fix MBR. I even tried MBR rebuild with EasyUS Partition Master (from Hiren's BootCD) or shrinking partition and trying to install on unallocated space... Nothing works.

Do you have any other ideas how I can fix this?

Is the bios setup properly ?

Has this drive always been used for Windows 7 ?

Yes, in PC is just one HDD, so it's been always used for Windows, however, there was Windows 8 before.
Please tell me exactly what you think about BIOS setup.
