Clean install of & pro after upgrade to Win 10

At present I have a clean install of Win 10 Pro 64 bit on a new SSD. I also have my original Win 7 Pro 64 bit on a second HDD. I have all my docs/pics/excel etc. files and documents on a third HDD rather than the installed OS drive(s).

Had no issues doing Brinks Clean install with 10 along with the 7 Pro installation dvd license string...working fine now. But my Win 7 when chosen to boot to runs really really slow....especially at startup....I'm talking minutes to load etc. before I can login.

Thinking of wiping and doing a clean install of 7 Pro also.

Question is ...assuming I disconnect the 10 drive prior to the re-clean install of 7...can I again use the same key...or will I be blocked in reinstalling (clean) Win 7 Pro.

I think I'm ok if I don't have both systems running at the same time...but would like verification of that before I do the clean 're'install of & Pro ?

    Thanks....TiminAz

Hiyya mate it is ok to use the same code for your 7 Pro as it is tied to that motherboard. I would myself be disconnecting the drive with 10 on it while you are doing that.

I take it you have the OEM or retail DVD for the install??

As for the slow down see what the clean install of 7 runs like when you do it without the other drive connected. If it continues to run as slow as that and I am assuming it did not do so before that would need further looking into and I am thinking maybe something to do with drive or RAM - if the drive is a spinner even.
