Failed with error code 0x490 - Sys files integrity check & Repair

I have a Dell 740 hdd with win 7 pro 64 that I've been using for about 3 yrs. I'm trying to put the HDD into a new pc but it wont boot, it tries, but goes to the repair option or start normally. The normal boot just goes back to the same message (surprise). When I run the repair, either form the HDD, or the System Repair Disk, I get the message Repair Action: "System files integrity check & repair", Results: Failed. Error code 0x490. Before I tried using the Dell HDD I put in a new formatted drive and loaded Win 7 Ultimate, it works fine. Eventually I want to update to win 10. I need the win 7 pro as it has all of my other software on it office, t-sql, visual stduio, etc. Hope that is enough information for some ideas toward a cure.

    Welcome to our forum sas9491.

Swapping drives like you tried will not work.
All the drivers are different plus many more things.

A clean install as you did with Ultimate is the best way.
You should also do a clean install of your programs.

To transfer other data from one computer to another this tutorial will give you some help.
